BlazerJobs is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavior support services in a school setting. Competitive compensation is offered.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one support to high-needs children, implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
- Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification required.
- Previous experience working with high-needs children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
