Position Overview: We are in search of a motivated and seasoned Educational Advisor to enhance our outreach efforts with School Districts across a multi-state region. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B sales, exceptional communication abilities, and a demonstrated history of nurturing and sustaining successful client partnerships. This role also involves delivering professional development and necessitates strong presentation capabilities. The position is based in the Denver area.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust, enduring relationships with key stakeholders within School Districts, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

Account Development: Recognize opportunities for growth and expansion within both new and existing client accounts. Formulate and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Professional Development: Exhibit strong presentation skills and the capacity to deliver professional development training both on-site and virtually. Training sessions can vary from 3.5 hours online to 6 hours in person.

Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales methodology to comprehend clients' distinct needs, challenges, and objectives. Propose customized solutions and services that align with client goals and deliver value.

Market Analysis: Remain updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market intelligence and client feedback.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are advantageous and mutually beneficial for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B account management.

Prior experience in presentations or professional development.

A proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A strategic thinker capable of developing and executing effective account plans.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing a portfolio of clients.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish is required.

Willingness to travel is necessary.

A demonstrable history of consistent, quantifiable goal achievements in a high-volume sales context.
