Key Responsibilities- Assist members with their financial needs, providing personalized service and support.
- Offer products and services that meet the needs of our members, helping them improve their financial lives.
- Process financial transactions, resolve problems, and answer questions related to our products and services.
- Educate members about our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- 6-12 months of experience in a financial institution or customer-facing role.
- Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience preferred.
- High school education or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high level of trust, diplomacy, and professionalism.
The Member Service Representative position is a full-time role, working 40 hours weekly. Some weeks may include working on Saturdays, with a half-day during the week. Members Service Representatives work in a rotation to cover Saturday work.
