Job Summary

MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our back-office Call Center Department.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively handle member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with telephone requests and explain services
  • Respond to problems and direct phone calls to the appropriate area
  • Maintain member account information on the computer system
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and services to members

Requirements:

  • 6-24 months of similar or related experience
  • High school education or GED
  • Good listening and telephone skills, with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy

Work Schedule:

The Customer Service Representative position is a full-time role, working 40 hours weekly with a Saturday morning rotation.
