Job Overview

At Teksky, we are seeking a skilled Plumbing Estimator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining which jobs to bid, preparing and submitting bids according to company policy, and maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit comprehensive bids that detail all job costs, including hours allocated, material costs, subcontractor costs, equipment rental costs, and overhead.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Pre-Construction/Estimating to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
  • Ensure that all bid documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to organize data into a comprehensive, professional package.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • High work ethic, moral and personal integrity, and honesty.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word and Excel, as well as other software programs used by the organization.
