Job Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Housekeeping Operations Manager to enhance our team at Marshall Hotels & Resorts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing guest room and public area operations.
  • Provide strong leadership and strategic planning across all departments to uphold our service culture.
  • Supervise housekeeping and laundry personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to enhance guest relations.
  • Schedule staff based on labor standards and anticipated business levels.
  • Prepare daily assignment sheets for housekeeping and laundry teams.
  • Monitor cleanliness standards in guest rooms, event spaces, and public areas.
  • Compile accurate reports on housekeeping status for the front desk.
  • Work collaboratively with the General Manager to manage lost and found items.
  • Conduct formal inventories of linens and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain departmental key control and oversee deep cleaning programs.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required and lead monthly department meetings.
