Leadership Opportunity
The Medical Director will provide strategic leadership to the clinical staff and maintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly, 16 hours administrative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate primary care providers and specialists.
- Focus on process improvement in clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management, and patient scheduling.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement and compliance efforts.
- Budgeting and strategic planning for clinical, operational, and educational functions.
Qualifications:
Current MA, MD, or DO license or ability to obtain, Family Physician or Internal Medicine, Board Certified, completion of accredited residency required.

- Malpractice Insurance covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
- Patient/Administrative Schedule: 24 Clinical hours, 16 Administrative hours.
- Clinical and administrative supports include Lab Services, Behavioral Health, Recovery Services, community outreach, HIV prevention and support services, and on-site Dental Services.

- EPIC/OCHIN EMR/EPM system.

Salary: $230,000 - $280,000 plus relocation, sign on, and more.
