Job Description

Plymouth Harborside Healthcare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Valid LPN license in the state employed.
  • Valid CPR certification.
