Job Overview

Leverage your administrative expertise to drive success in our dynamic Human Resources Department. As an HR Assistant at LUK, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in coordinating various administrative functions and supporting the Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in daily HR activities and maintain efficient systems for document organization and retrieval.
  • Navigate our Human Resources Information System to ensure seamless data management.
  • Design or modify forms, reports, and other materials to enhance departmental operations.
  • Provide administrative support to various programs and departments, including data entry, filing, faxing, and copying.
  • Participate in recruitment, referrals, and selection processes to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with agency staff to offer administrative assistance and support on projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computers, or related field preferred; two to three years of office experience may be substituted.
  • Human Resources Information System experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills are essential.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
