Job Summary

The Electronics Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our test infrastructure hardware. Responsibilities include managing PCB fabrication and assembly vendors, delivering PCB builds for engineering groups, managing BOM inventory, and providing engineering support for PCB development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with vendors to execute PCB fabrication and assembly
  • Deliver high-quality PCB builds for various engineering teams
  • Manage BOM inventory and collaborate on component selection for PCB builds
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCB builds
  • Provide technical support for PCB development, cabling, and lab setup

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Electronics or Electronics Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • At least 3 years of experience in PCB fabrication and assembly management, scheduling, and cost control
  • Expertise in ensuring high-quality PCB fabrication and assembly
  • Hands-on experience with PCB assembly (hand-soldering and reflow)
  • Expertise in circuit debugging, touch-up, and rework
  • Able to lift, push, pull up to 30 pounds

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, along with additional discretionary bonuses and equity-based compensation opportunities.
