Key Responsibilities:

  4. Inventory Oversight: Develop and maintain robust inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, minimizing shortages and excesses. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  5. Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and provide precise shipping information. Ensure seamless integration of logistics with sales platforms to track orders and inventory.
  6. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, such as delivery timeliness and order accuracy. Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency.
  7. Issue Resolution: Proactively address logistics challenges, including delays and shipment errors. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to devise solutions and prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics coordination, ideally in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and analyzing data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
