- Understand costs, review P&L statements, and make informed decisions to manage a profitable business.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience in a security or related field.
- Strong operational and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Valid and clean driver's license.
- Previous security experience is a plus.
- A competitive salary of $80K - $84K, plus an annual incentive program.
- A full benefits package, including medical insurance, life insurance, dental, and vision.
- 4 floating holidays, 6 sick days, and 15 accrued vacation days.
- A 401K plan and $500 monthly vehicle allowance.
