Position Overview

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is in search of a Treasury Analyst to enhance our Treasury Capability. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills and a focus on economics, who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to contribute innovative ideas that can yield valuable insights for our organization. The primary responsibility of this position will be to deliver a competitive Trade Finance function while supporting various Treasury operations across our global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and enhance Trade Finance facility structures to support KES business initiatives profitably.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to promote the KES Trade Finance framework and maximize the use of security instruments.
  • Oversee the Trade Finance technology platforms (Global Trade Corporation, RPA, etc.).
  • Negotiate terms for Security Instruments including Parent Guarantees, Surety Bonds, Bank Guarantees, and Letters of Credit.
  • Ensure timely and efficient issuance of security instruments.
  • Deliver accurate medium to long-term cash forecasting to optimize global liquidity.
  • Identify and propose improvements, driving efficiency through transformation initiatives that add value to the organization.
  • Foster knowledge sharing, effective communication, and cross-functional partnerships within KES and with external entities to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Analyze reports, recognize trends and areas for enhancement, and implement frameworks and procedures for efficient execution.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices, establishing and maintaining effective internal controls and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related business role.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment; proactive in addressing issues.
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships to bridge gaps and resolve challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across various teams.
  • Capability to enhance processes and implement solutions utilizing new systems and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an international organization with exposure to Global Treasury/Trade Finance practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
  • Multilingual with demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication.
