About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Real Estate Analyst to join our team at RedGuard. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in driving informed decision-making through comprehensive financial modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow projections to identify potential liquidity issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create and update pro forma financial statements for new and ongoing real estate projects.
  • Maintain and update financial models for real estate developments and companies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for various real estate projects and companies.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and ad hoc financial analyses as requested.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Accounting or a related field and 6+ years of experience in financial analysis within a real estate environment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, particularly cash flow statements.
  • Experience in cash flow projections, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to manage complex Excel models.
  • Proven experience in reporting, forecasting, analyzing financial information, driving process improvements, and contributing to financial planning activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial analysis for large-scale real estate developments or complex real estate portfolios.
  • Understanding of real estate incentives and how they impact financial analysis and project planning.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating financial aspects of real estate projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in strategic planning and long-term financial forecasting within the real estate sector.
