About the Role
Cassia is seeking a skilled Trained Medication Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Medication Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our seniors.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with Cassia's policies and procedures.
- Review and follow individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting, as needed.
- Observe and report any changes in resident behavior or condition to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.
Requirements
- Current, valid TMA/CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of experience as a CNA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
