Job Summary

The Field Service Technician IV will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our service locations. This dynamic individual will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities
  • Support pre-production vehicle builds by assisting cross-functional teams
  • Travel to locations to support service needs, including production plants and service centers
  • Operate remotely until local service centers open, if applicable
  • Perform complex diagnoses, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles
  • Conduct road tests to ensure quality of repairs
  • Manage parts operations, including ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory
  • Stay up-to-date with technical skills and required training
  • Support campaigns and containment initiatives
  • Maintain accurate expense reporting and high-quality work
  • Work collaboratively with a team spirit in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred
  • Graduated from an accredited automotive repair school preferred
  • Leadership, mentorship, and influencing a team experience preferred
  • 5 or more years of automotive experience preferred
  • 3 or more years' experience working on vehicle high voltage systems and HV diagnostic work preferred
  • Proficient in navigating laptops or computers in a Windows or Mac environment
  • Experience using test tools, such as PICO-Scope, PCAN, and KavaserMemorator
  • Extensive experience in bumper-to-bumper diagnosis and repair
  • Ability to drive non-commercial trucks and trailers preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, or as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
