Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and project initiatives related to property management. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and property owners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan, and execute property management projects, including renovations, repairs, and development.
  • Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within property management or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of property management operations, construction, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and property management systems.
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $135,000 annual, commensurate with experience. The full-time benefits package includes paid vacation and sick time, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Other benefits include an annual corporate discretionary bonus, cell phone reimbursement monthly, commuter benefit, employee assistance program, excellent work environment, and competitive salary.
