  • Support Beauty Advisors in maximizing sales through effective communication and professionalism.
  • Coordinate operational tasks, including merchandise placement and event setup.
  • Ensure efficient processing of new merchandise and returns.
  • Assist in executing business-driving events to meet departmental objectives.
  • Oversee stock presentation and organization to maintain a seamless shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and team members regarding stock needs and customer preferences.
  • Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and promote upcoming events.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Support the Department Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of product knowledge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and move continuously throughout the shift.
  • Capability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Comfortable with various physical activities including reaching and climbing.

This role is integral to the success of the cosmetics department, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
