Regional Leadless Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Leadless Specialist to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of our leadless technology.
Key Responsibilities- Educate healthcare professionals on the indications and selection of patients for leadless pacing.
- Provide procedural support and training to ensure procedural consistency and best clinical outcomes.
- Leverage clinical data to communicate the benefits of leadless CRM products.
- Implement programs and resources to facilitate market expansion and therapy access.
- Provide market intelligence to inform therapy training and expansion plans.
- Liaise with marketing to identify opportunities for technology improvements and next-generation product feedback.
- Complete administrative reporting and exercise judgment in planning and organizing work.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or a clinical setting.
- 3-5 years of clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with CRM products.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in leading and influencing customers.
- Ability to prepare and present effective written and verbal communications.
- Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies and procedures.
- Professional training or education certification.
- Previous sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen.
