As a Home Health Sales Executive at CenterWell Home Health, you will play a vital role in promoting our comprehensive home care services to patients managing chronic conditions or recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers within your assigned territory to promote our services.
  • Build and prioritize client relationships to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain business plans, target lists, and account-related information to inform key customer opportunities and service line extensions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
  • Excellent selling, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent our company's service capabilities to targeted referral sources.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience, such as selling in skilled nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, etc., or experience as a clinical liaison, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to travel within your assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
