Position Overview

This position is integral to the Regulatory Reporting team within the Commercial Auto sector. The role requires independent management of intricate projects while collaborating closely with brokers and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and coordinate with internal departments as well as State Regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure meticulous tracking of UM/UIM/PIP forms for AIGRM policies and provide assistance to insured parties as necessary.
  • Accurately and promptly file data electronically through various systems ahead of deadlines.
  • Collaborate with state regulators to address any reporting discrepancies and rectify statistical inaccuracies.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives and support the team with daily filing tasks as required.
  • Stay updated on state regulatory changes and revise reporting protocols accordingly.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to pinpoint potential reporting issues.
  • Prior experience in Commercial Auto is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in VBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Auto Insurance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
