Job Summary:

Floor and Decor is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and working collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
