**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Johns Hopkins University. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive clinical excellence, innovation, and growth in pediatric cardiology.

**Responsibilities**

  2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term goals for the division, aligning with the university's overall strategic objectives\
  3. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality patient care, education, and research services\
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to junior faculty members, helping them to achieve their professional goals and develop their skills and expertise\
  5. Represent the division and the university in various external forums, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the university's reputation for excellence\
  6. Stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric cardiology, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field\
  7. Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and personnel management, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal divisional performance\\

**Requirements**

\
  1. \
  2. MD or DO degree with board certification in pediatric cardiology\
  3. At least 5 years of experience in academic medicine, preferably in pediatric cardiology\
  4. Proven track record of leadership experience, with a strong focus on strategic planning, team management, and collaboration\
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders\
  6. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive work environment\\

**Estimated Salary Range**

\

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $376,304 - $655,141.
