Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Director of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology and Co-Director of the Blalock-Taussig-Thomas Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center at Johns Hopkins University. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in patient care and education, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and scholarly achievement in pediatric cardiology.

About the Role

The Division of Pediatric Cardiology and the Blalock-Taussig-Thomas Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center deliver comprehensive, innovative, and compassionate care from the fetal period through adulthood for individuals with heart disease. As the birthplace of pediatric cardiac surgery, Johns Hopkins has been at the forefront of caring for children and adults with congenital heart disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Division of Pediatric Cardiology and co-lead the Blalock-Taussig-Thomas Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and education
  • Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to advance knowledge in pediatric cardiology
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree and board certification in pediatric cardiology
  • Proven track record of excellence in patient care and education
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Scholarly achievement in pediatric cardiology
What We Offer

Johns Hopkins University offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
