POSITION OVERVIEW: Under the guidance of the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Operations Supervisor will assist in managing daily departmental activities, staff coordination, and customer engagement. This role is primarily hands-on, requiring active participation in various Bakery Associate tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support the Bakery Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the bakery department.

2. Engage in food preparation and other bakery-related tasks in a retail setting.
