Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to geriatric patients with psychiatric needs, addressing their unique physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Adult geri-psychiatric experience preferred.
