Role Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Aesthetician to provide exceptional spa services, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
In a setting where clients seek expert advice, you will embody the five pillars of our Group strategy: people-centric, brand-builder, consumer-focused, digitally savvy, and committed to responsible beauty.
Key Duties Include:
Client Treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms prior to each session.
- Ensure all necessary products are stocked and ready.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area.
- Adjust temperature and lighting for optimal comfort.
- Deliver high-standard mini-treatments and makeup services according to established protocols.
- Accompany clients throughout their experience, from arrival to departure.
- Uphold the Clarins brand image through professional appearance and conduct.
- Foster connections to retail through effective client communication.
Cabin Management
- Ensure clients have adequate time for treatments before leaving.
- Recommend products at the conclusion of each session.
- Manage personal targets related to treatment room inventory.
- Perform general cabin maintenance tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Inquisitive and eager to learn continuously.
- Client-focused, results-oriented, and passionate about our brand and its challenges.
- Motivated to grow within a company dedicated to responsible beauty.
Qualifications:
- Aesthetician license (mandatory)
- Proficient in makeup application techniques and sales experience (mandatory)
- Minimum one year of relevant industry experience (mandatory)
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
