Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Las Vegas. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for performing clinical testing in one or more areas, including accessioning, serology, molecular, and point of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical testing in one or more areas, including accessioning, serology, molecular, and point of care.
  • Work under the direction of the manager to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology or in one of the chemicals, physical, biological sciences at an accredited college or university.
  • Certifications: Medical Laboratory Technologist, American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience, highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to present a professional image to management, staff, clients, and regulatory agencies, independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word, and LIMS.
