Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Risk and Safety Managers to formulate and execute plans aimed at preventing accidents and claims.
  • Design and oversee loss control service strategies.
  • Examine client loss data to uncover patterns and propose effective solutions.
  • Support client acquisition, sales initiatives, and renewal discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with insurance carrier representatives to ensure superior client service.
  • Act as an advocate for clients in discussions regarding carrier loss control suggestions.
  • Deliver safety and training programs, including in-person training sessions for groups.
  • Keep abreast of safety regulations and laws that may affect clients.
  • Generate reports and correspondence as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in safety engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of seven years in loss control or safety management.
  • Client-oriented with exceptional leadership capabilities.
  • Preferred professional certification.
  • Outstanding presentation and writing abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
