Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical RN to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a Clinical RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in a patient care setting, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and specialty healthcare services to patients, adhering to the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to integrate nursing roles, including clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership.
  • Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the Nursing Process when delivering care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
  • 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility (Behavioral Health assignments only).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
  • Recent prior experience in a hospital and outpatient setting.
  • Recent prior experience with phone triage.
  • 3 years of progressive experience in Behavioral Health, including medication management (Behavioral Health assignments only).
