Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Integrated Psychiatry Defunct in Seattle. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for adult patients in our outpatient clinic.
- Conduct initial evaluations lasting 60 minutes and follow-up appointments lasting 30 minutes.
- Work autonomously to prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in psychiatric care.
- A competitive salary range of $135,000 to $165,000+ per year, depending on experience.

- A generous vacation policy, with 15 days of paid time off in the first year, increasing to 20 days after two years of service.
- 11 paid holidays per year, plus a stipend for continuing education and professional development.
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington.
- Experience working in an outpatient psychiatric setting, with a focus on adult patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
