Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain effective internal relationships across restor3d.
  • Comprehend the goals and responsibilities of the Quality department and strive to meet those objectives.
  • Organize and prioritize work tasks, adjusting to dynamic conditions as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough Product Inspections, including dimensional, visual, and functional tests using various tools such as calipers, pin gauges, and micrometers.
  • Interpret and analyze specifications and engineering drawings accurately.
  • Ensure complete traceability of products and components, adhering to proper clearance and documentation practices.
  • Document process steps meticulously in line with quality system regulations.
  • Prepare reports on non-conforming products in collaboration with the Quality Engineering team.
  • Work alongside production and product development teams to determine the final status of non-conforming items.
  • Verify packing slips and packaged products for accuracy regarding quantity and specifications.
  • Assist in Shipping, Receiving, and Fulfillment as necessary.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with inspection tools is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a detail-oriented industry is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of self-monitoring work to ensure quality and thoroughness.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in general computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro.
  • Ability to navigate and manage document folders effectively.
  • Capability to follow documentation procedures and accurately complete data fields.
  • Limited physical demands, primarily involving the handling of small materials and minor lifting (7 to 25 lbs).
