Key Responsibilities- Provide side-by-side interventions to individuals, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling behavior.
- Assist the team in providing ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to interventions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that prioritize the individual's needs and goals.
- Administer and monitor medications in accordance with agency, DMH, and DPH regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 2-3 years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Friday 11pm-9am, Saturday-Sunday 9pm-9am (34 hours) or Sunday-Thursday 8am-4pm (40 hours) or Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-9pm, Monday 3pm-11pm (40 hours).
Pay: $21/hour, with overtime pay at $31.50/hour.
