Pandrol USA LP is seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational processes and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement lean management tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide training and support to technical and production teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers and production managers, to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean management, or operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of lean management tools and methodologies, including Kaizen, 5S, and VSM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
