About the Role - Key responsibilities include:

  • 10+ years of experience in the EHS profession, specifically supporting multi-site manufacturing businesses, preferably in food, beverage, heavily regulated or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage environmental or safety programs by leveraging strong people and project management skills on a global scale
  • Demonstrated experience implementing environmental or safety management systems as well as developing and deploying effective training programs globally
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams and developing strategies to address operational resource efficiency and renewable energy opportunities

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health, and safety standards
  • OSHA Standards & Compliance- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and a commitment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Ability to conduct training
  • Skill in Job Hazard Analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field required
  • Minimum of eight years in environmental, health and safety in a manufacturing environment required
