Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify architectural requirements tailored to project needs.
  • Plan and develop projects of varying sizes under supervision.

  • Engage in Revit modeling and detailing collaboratively with the team.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary discussions and coordination with team members from various disciplines.
  • Conduct site investigations and observations to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare comprehensive narratives, reports, drawings, and specifications, maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to project schedules and budget constraints.
  • Engage in construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and submittals, addressing RFIs, resolving construction challenges, and performing site visits to ensure design compliance.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities as necessary.
  • Coordinate the work of junior professionals and technicians.
  • Exercise independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques while addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Competent in conventional architectural practices.
  • Understand project scope and develop concepts and approaches that align with construction budgets and disciplines.
  • Adhere to project plans and communicate obstacles to the project manager.
  • Collaborate with the specifications team, project manager, and clients to ensure cohesive specifications and documentation.
