Job Title: Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of data center projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the design of data center projects, including the creation of design documents and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sustainable design concepts that meet the client's needs and budget.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards of quality.
  • Manage the project schedule and budget, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Registered Architect (RA) with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 7-17+ years of experience as a Project Architect, with a minimum of 5-10+ years of managing a design team on large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in REVIT and experience with 3D/BIM modeling and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to client sites throughout the US, with occasional travel to national professional organization events.
