Role Responsibilities
We are seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians for commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience, with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting.

Key Duties Include:
- Managing primary service accounts and executing maintenance visits, inspections, and site assessments.
- Providing recommendations for necessary upgrades or repairs to extend the life cycle of customer equipment.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues through effective communication.

Technical Expertise
- Providing estimates for labor and material repairs as needed.
- Acting as the primary customer contact for servicing products and equipment, ensuring satisfaction through effective diagnosis and repair.

Safety and Accountability
- Utilizing advanced software and technology, along with various tools, to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Upholding the highest safety standards and maintaining accountability for company assets.

Team Collaboration
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, which may require flexibility for overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications
- HVAC Journeyman status required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
- Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses for refrigerants, natural gas, and electrical work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for on-call duties on a rotating basis.
