Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach - Murfreesboro/Franklin. As a Certified Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals and needs
  • Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions, providing clear instructions and guidance
  • Track fitness results for clients and lead client education on healthy habits and nutrition
  • Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions
  • Measure success by tracking studio metrics and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Passion for Health & Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their fitness goals
  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • People skills and personality: A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a love for working with people
  • Health and Fitness Education: A college degree in a health-related field is preferred, but not required
Certification:
  • Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Course
  • Nutrition Playbook Certification Course
  • Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider
