Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our HVAC solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HVAC projects from estimating through completion, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Lead a team of professionals, shaping the future of the department and driving success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery, quality, and safety.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HVAC project management, with a solid understanding of systems, installation practices, and industry costs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a desire to lead and develop a growing team.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships in the HVAC industry.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 + performance-based bonus. Other benefits include company vehicle, 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare package, and paid time off (up to 3-4 weeks).

Location

This role is based in Newburyport, MA, and is commutable from nearby cities such as Amesbury, Salisbury, Haverhill, and Gloucester.
