Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to create and maintain cybersecurity policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct research and analyze complex policy issues to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, with a focus on cybersecurity policy analysis and development.
  • Experience in drafting senior-level correspondence, including program briefings and congressional reports.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity policy analysis, development, and coordination.
  • Ability to independently analyze complex policy issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Top Secret SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as cybersecurity or IT.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the Department of Defense Cybersecurity Acquisition Pathways.
  • Experience with supporting cybersecurity assessments or cyber-risk management initiatives.
  • Experience working in a team environment, fostering collaboration and achieving collective goals.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity challenges in the Department of Defense.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Hardening and Cyber mitigations.
