Job Description

As a Marketing Associate with Kris Yocum - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
