Insurance Support Specialist

We are a leading insurance provider with a strong presence in the industry. Our office is predominantly focused on Commercial Lines, but we have a dedicated team serving our Personal Lines department.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced licensed insurance professional to support our Personal Lines Department in a key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling renewal work, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:- Provide telephone support to clients
- Manage assigned accounts, including renewals
- Maintain integrity of computer systems and files
To be considered for this position, you should be a licensed insurance professional with a strong background in Personal Lines. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a thorough understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
