Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional support to clients and staff, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Client Support: Efficiently manage client schedules, answer incoming calls, and verify insurance details.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with clients and billing teams to resolve insurance-related issues.
  • Record Management: Check in clients, scan paperwork, and notify providers as necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule return appointments, review care records, and submit them to the billing department.
  • Billing and Client Information: Gather client information for billing purposes and maintain a professional relationship.
  • Communication and Mail Management: Mail client satisfaction surveys and request prior care records.
  • Office Administration: Manage mail, faxes, and office supplies to ensure a smooth operational environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate professionally and comply with organizational processes and policies.
  • Proactive Assistance: Proactively assist clients and others as needed.
  • Education and Training: Attend company education seminars and participate in site team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Active CPR certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a clerical or customer service field in a behavioral health setting.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with electronic health records and bilingual skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
