Salary Range

This role offers an estimated salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year in the United States.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with litigation teams to manage electronic and hard copy documents, prepare filings, and maintain seamless information flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall case file management, including indexing and filing case materials
• Court filing preparation, production, and other material creation
• Document management, including email and electronic files, and binder preparation
• Extensive research and Bluebooking of attorney-written work product (client memoranda, court filings, ABA publications, and scholarly articles)
• Attorney work product proofreading and editing for accuracy (grammar, usage, and content)
• Current events research and keyword searching on Lexis and other news databases
• Document review tool expertise development, including producing sets of documents, performing key-term searches, and training other team members
• New tools and software research and analysis for firm use
• Document review database and application management
• Inter-office staff communication and workflow optimization
• Temporary personnel supervision and coordination
• Case logistics, staffing needs, and best practice implementation assistance
• E-discovery services case project support
• Paralegal training and professional development participation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 3 years of experience in litigation support
• Trial experience
• Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive matters
