Job SummaryThis is a senior-level position that requires a registered nurse with advanced skills and experience in behavioral health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
- Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Serves as a resource and mentor to colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of employment start date.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health nursing, preferably in an emergency department setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
