About Our OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our ER Behavioral Health team. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your clinical skills and leadership abilities to make a positive impact on patient outcomes and hospital operations.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring efficient throughput and high-quality services.
- Collaborate with the management team to assess and improve the quality of patient care services.
- Participate in ongoing assessment and implementation of new strategies to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, staff scheduling, and inventory control.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid RN license.
- 2+ years of experience in emergency or behavioral health nursing.
- Leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: $83,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
