Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Take and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments, including head-to-toe and focal assessments
  • Administer medications and manage medication orders
  • Document resident incidents, including falls, skin tears, and medication errors
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director and Executive Director to ensure resident care is meeting the highest standards
Requirements
  • Current NY licensure as an LPN
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work every other weekend
