We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Peregrine Senior Living. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding residents' rights and provide individualized care to meet their unique needs.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care as needed.
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions and prevent complications.
Requirements:
Current LPN license in good standing.
Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse in a senior care setting.
Compassion for and desire to work with elderly individuals.
