About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team and drive our technological innovation forward. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our multi-agent system for e-commerce automation, architecting scalable and platform-agnostic solutions, and contributing to front-end development using React.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical direction of our multi-agent system for e-commerce automation
  • Architect scalable, platform-agnostic solutions that can integrate with various e-commerce platforms and ERP systems
  • Contribute significantly to front-end development using React, ensuring high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces
  • Collaborate with ML researchers to translate AI concepts into production-ready code
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Contribute to codebase, focusing on critical and complex components, including both front-end and back-end development
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD, code reviews, and testing
  • Work closely with product managers to align technical capabilities with business goals and user experience requirements
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, e-commerce technologies, front-end frameworks, and software engineering practices
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in both big tech companies and startups, preferably with experience as an engineering manager or tech lead
  • Extensive experience in consumer-facing products, particularly in e-commerce or ERP systems
  • Proficiency in React and modern front-end development practices
  • Strong skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly in the context of multi-agent systems and LLMs
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and/or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo)
  • Solid grasp of software architecture principles, especially microservices and serverless architectures
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor and guide technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Experience with additional front-end technologies (JavaScript, D3.js, Redux)
  • Knowledge of database management, particularly MongoDB
  • Familiarity with API development using FastAPI or Flask
  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect)
  • Experience with mobile app development (React Native preferred)
